Any recommended headers?
Mine is cracked & was wondering if there is any direct bolt on, preferably 1 that doesn't crack. My mechanic is the auto body shop that it is at right now, so not going to be able to do much fabrication to make it fit. I do have a ZZP z54 turbo. Last dynoed at 290hp/340tq, so I have a mild setup. I plan to change to go to a zzp small intercooler, as my current cheap aftermarket one got munched. I have cold air kit, DP w cat & HP tuner.

Where is the crack at?
If the crack is in the in this thread https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/forc...-turbo-303113/ it's nothing to worry about, I'd bet almost every LNF has that crack.

AFAIK, there isn't an OE replacement turbo manifold (same fit, form, function). ZZP sells OE manifolds, but are out of stock right now; that's about all that I know about. They must be getting harder to come by though, as ZZP used to sell them for like $45, but they're up to $70 now... which is still an absurdly low price for a cast manifold.

I have a couple of those manifolds laying around too, with the same crack.
