Sounds like you're not sure what kind of vendor modern performance is. Here is a pretty good example of the kind of business they run:

Very solid vendor in my opinion.

ugh -_-"

my bad experience probably wasnt entirely all their fault, however. The part was uninstallable, but the people on the phone treated me like crap.

I bought a clutchmasters clutch, the pressure plate in the kit was double the thickness of stock and would in NO WAY fit in my car. I called to request a return, they treated me like a complete idiot, the guy did not seem to even know what a pressure plate was, and tried to blame it on me. He tried to tell me over the phone that the clutch kit they sent me was the right one and they have sold OH SO MANY that have worked perfectly.. insinuating somehow that my ASE Master Mechanic must be some sort of apeshit idiot. Took me WEEKS to get all my money back and they never refunded my shipping costs for that damn useless slab of metal.

Bought my sportlines from them, quick ship and best price around. My buddy has bought a ton of stuff for his SRT there, and referred me to them, very reputable, and neither of us have had any issues.
