Anyone have the catless CIA downpipe???

As the title states, im just wondering howthey are holding up? Is there any codes being thrown? How loud is it with the stock catback??

Did you go with stainless or aluminized metal?

i have it, went with stainless. No codes thrown at all, just a rough idle on cold start ups for 15seconds (like overnight). Pretty loud on start up and anything over a decent load at 3k rpms. I love it, just a little (and i mean little) raspy when u get on it. I guess im just use to a big V8 with cherry bombs

That rough idle and loud noise is the annoying cat warm up mode the car goes into to warm the cats up faster when the engine is cold. Useless if you dont have cats and IIRC it cannot be tuned out, not easily anyway.

Stockers are GM's idea of high flows but they flow less than any aftermarket high flow I have seen.

Got the CIA catless on my car. Not too loud during city driving but still aggressive. Sounds sick when you romp on it.
