What CC injectors?? Surely small so you get good small droplets, I would assume. I am very interested to see where this goes. BTF never took his as far as I assume you guys will.

Are you getting number envy from hanging out with Ryan too much? :P Are we going to see a 600whp LNF soon? God I hope so!

I have 60s in the intake right now.

The next step is cam testing.

Two thumbs up to that. Been trying to get that ball rolling forever now, just can't find the right company to work with. Its been said there aren't many gains to be had from changing cams out, but I beg to differ. There is ALWAYS room for improvement.

Any plans for a bigger turbo??? Lol.

We are working on developing a plug n play setup that doesn't require any ECM changes. It will take some time to develop the electronics.

Yes, mkriebs is right. BTF has been using secondary fuel rail with direct port injection on his solstice for some time now. Greaseyjockey with solstice gxp/GT3582r also uses the same concept. I believe both of them are using microsquirt and it starts spraying at high boost. No issues so far.

Anyways, Matt_M, any update on this?

I was wondering why you guys decide to go with only 2 injectors...........instead of 4 smaller injectors for more equal distribution?

also, what type of fuel controller are you guys using?

Last, did you guys just tap the gas line for the extra 2 injectors fuel source?

thanks!

Lots of people use custom setups to add more fuel delivery headroom, but that doesn't really pertain to what we do. They are just buying a more universal product and adapting it over. We design and build our own parts specifically for the vehicle we are working with with the customers' needs in mind.

Where did you read that we are using 2 injectors? The pics that we posted showed a port injection fuel rail with an injector in every intake runner.

Yes, it runs off the same fuel line, but it could easily be connected to a meth tank/pump.

sorry, Im at work, and can't see any facebook photos or any other photos. After Matt post the couple of photos I can see there are 4 injectors

due to the title being "dual injector" set-up, I assumed/thought it was only 2 injectors.

@ Matt M......now I can see the photos. Thanks for posting it.

just like what I mentioned to ryan, I just saw this post today, and it's unfortunate I'm at work, and they block facebook, and other stuff.

Anyways, let me know when you guys finished developing this. I'm very interested in a plug and play set-up

will you guys also accept "core exchange"......regarding the intake manifold?

Very interesting. Does this use a second LNF injector rail and injectors ?

Yes, the current setup is using an LE5 rail and injectors. The prototype controller has it's own drivers and adds fuel based on MAF readings. I'm under 30% duty cycle on the direct injectors at 400whp running E85, so it is working well so far. It also runs on DI only until ~25 lbs/min to maintain the best fuel economy and drive-ability possible.

ZZP are you guys still using this set-up together with your stage 1 w/ upgraded fuel lobe?

or no longer using the secondary fuel injectors?

thanks!

With our high lift pump lobe cams, we can get well past 450whp and more than 425 ft lbs on E85, which supports most builds. Going beyond that, we set up a single additional injector and drive it with an adjustable controller that adds fuel based on boost. We have surpassed 600whp on this setup.
