balance shafts

Can anyone chime in for me;
Does anyone know if the balance shafts are unique to LSJ & LNF?

I would think that they are the same part, and GM seems to muddy things by selling them as a part of a kit - each included a gear, bolt, and bearing - I'm guessing the kit would make them LSJ & LNF specific.

I would like to get neutral balance shafts at some point, but cannot clearly find any info about this.

Thanks!

if you are deleting them or going neutral, it shouldn't matter. The sprockets/bolts/chain/etc. are all the same between motors. I know the different 2.2/2.4/2.0lsj had different shafts, but not sure about lnf/lsj differences. The diameter and bearing locations are all the same.

Regardless of any shaft difference, any delete or neutral shaft will work in any of the engines
