how did you fix your problem?? replace the ring lands or pistons

It's in progress right now but yeah. New pistons soon and some machine work on the block. Boring about 20 over.

Keep us posted on the out come of your problem, I'm very interested in the "normal" oiling of your IC tract.

My car must be abnormal, since I don't have oiling like that with a bigger turbo and more psi.

my brother's mazda has the exact same turbo, and he tells me that those turbo's are known for oil leaking out of them. Something about bad seals from the factory. Their remedy is to switch to a thicker viscosity oil. And that's recommended from Mazda as well.

I have oil in my intake tube...a little bit of blow-by out of the CCV is normal. The plugs are of course going to scortch a little bit because they are subject to extreme heat.

I hope you bent it back like that on top, and the wire coming out of the insulator looks half gone?

Well, I didn't take a good look at this pic. This does appear to be a bit much..could be from Turbo oil seal as it recirculates air into intake (BPV).

I was basically adding the oil in that picture plus the oil in all the other different pictures (the ones not the same) together.

Thats why I said it seemed excessive.
