I would never paint the car, and if I did, it would be to re-do it black hahaah.
I want people's input, advice on stuff to get, etc. I'm not doing a zzp or hahn kit or anything. I do have a good mentor though.

and he was giddy when I told him I was perhaps thinking about doing this lol.just get a zzp kit. You can powdercoat or paint the pipes and turbo from there whatveer color you want. But piecing together a kit is way harder and more expensive to do.

It withstands very extreme temperatures, and doesn't flake or peel off very easily once properly cured.

It will be way harder and more expensive to piece together you own kit, and match zzps performance that could have been had with 3k+ shipping.
am i the only one seeing the easy button here? The only other kit i could think of that would be cheaper would be the BTF one which utilizes the stock manifold which is a pretty good idea since no one on here will ever reach the power where a stock manifold becomes restrictive.

Yup...doing it custom will suit my needs more, plus I may not like everything one certain kit has to offer, so this way I can pick and choose what I want to use, oh and I like to be one of a kind. And you will see the purple turbo, you just have to stick your head under the hood near the back lol.
