Exactly, I'd consider pc'ing the valve cover, but I've heard it's a bitch to get off.

Yes it is mine would be powder coated right now but we couldn't get one of the lines off of it

Powdercoat ovens are usually ~250-300* so i doubt that line would get damaged, just have them mask it off.
