To all who have taken the motor apart or big turbo and so on, did anyone notice that they had a crack in the head on the exhaust manifold side, like inside the head where it splits before going into the exhaust manifold? has anyone noticed those walls cracked and is this a common thing? thanks guys!

 

If you're talking about the twin scroll wall in the exhaust manifold then yes that is normal. I have seen it online where people have a crack there. I'm sure we all have it.

 

ya i know that i have that too lol but inside the head on the exhaust side theres little walls in the middle and 3 of the 4 are cracked... dont know if this has happened to anyone else

 

Pics of your problem would help greatly

 

if its on the exhaust manifold stress cracks all over are normal if they have been through some abuse... ive seen it many of times.
