I spent time and effort to make your manifold to work properly with the help of John Powell and others on this forum. I have no beef with you.. Just saying..
Agreed. I also dont see why a pcv valve and some rubber hose would cost $70 plus shipping. I can make that myself for like $15. May not be stainless steel but that doesnt matter to me.

Good luck making what is needed for $15, it is the cartridge to hold the check valve that cost so much. Once you get it and open it up and see inside you will know why. The 4 brass fittings alone in the kit are $4.54 each cost.....

Furthermore I run this manifold with NO PCV in it, stock turbo, and NO issues of any kind.

well see thats the thing. I ran this manifold on my stock turbo and had NO issues whatsoever. I now have this manifold on my hahn 20g setup and no matter what now its burning smoke. I thought at first it might be the turbo seals even though the turbo is brand new. I double checked to make sure and yes they are good. Now I'm trying to decide what is causing the burning of the smoke. I have checked all other things and when I play the pcv hoses and change the different places of where they are attached, then the burning smoke changes pattern in the exhaust. Like one way itll only burn smoke on deceleration, and then the other will burn smoke constantly. I'm trying to solve this issue out. I never had this problem on the cobalt..

I am on the stock intake mani and have had no issues. Sounds like John and Matt said it well. Get the stock one back on there. I have nothing special done to my pcv system and don't smoke at all.

I think I may be on that route. I have someone local who would be interested in buying it too. My friend has his own shop and is a great fabricator. We were thinking of making our own manifold with slightly longer runners, possibly like another half inch to one inch, and the throttle body connected on the side. On a sky or solstice that would be the best bet because of where the charge piping goes. We will put a pcv valve in there too.

I did have one question for Aaron though, on your ad, it says that the manifold has velocity stacks... I don't see anything in there. its just the big chamber and then the runners. no velocity stacks at all.

As for this oil problem, I have made it alot better but still smoke a bit of oil. I have gotten it to where now it will only smoke in between shifts, (which still sounds like a pcv issue) which is alot better than before but not 100% yet. I have put my own pcv valve system into the manifold using the factory stock pcv from the manifold and that seemed to help A TON! Now its just the in between shifts issue. This is where that seperator might come in handy. Its funny I've always been wanting it since the cobalt setup, but then I sold the cobalt and now time has passed coming to this issue. lol.

You need to put the check valve in.... Weather you use the stock manifold in or not is up to you. Post a pic of the intake manifold with no velocity stacks inside. If there isn't a piece sitting above each runner there is no stack.

Did you do a leakdown yet
