Blue smoke at WOT

okay guys I can't seem to figure this one out. I've been thinking a lot lately and I am starting to think it is my own error. The car currently burns blue smoke (burning oil) at WOT, and some blue smoke comes out the good near the turbo. I did a cold/wet/warm compression test and it tested good, so that rules out my rings. No oil was found on the plugs, so that's not it. So that would leave it to the turbo seals right? That's what I thought, however I am beginning to second guess myself. I used to have a mpx catchcan, which caused an unusual squeaking sound at idle so I removed it and the sound stopped. However when I removed the catchcan I left the check valve in place on the pcv line. I'm starting to think that it is either broken or clogged because it didn't start burning blue smoke until I took the catchcan out. Do you guys think I should remove the check valve and see if that fixes it? I have a Powell pcv system ready to go in. Should I install that first before swapping the turbo and see if it stops smoking? Could a clogged pcv line cause the blue smoke? Thanks guys!!!

I'm overseas otherwise I'd take the check valve out and see if that fixed it.
