Finally got this thing in after months of it just sitting around. Sent the manifold off for the 5th injector setup. Ran the car after install and it runs like a bat out of hell. Biggest difference is how great it feels up top.

Why you doing 5th injector? You got the cams. I haven't had any issues using the larger pump lobe cam and pure E85 as far as fuel supply goes.

I def agree, huge difference up top. My best gear is 4th now while on stock turbo it was 3rd. 4th pulls nasty.

5th injector on full E will hopefully yield me some good numbers, I'm far from done, I have much more left to do. 4has always been my strongest gear. Pulls great on E47 right now.

Yes, I'm doing the 5th injector in the middle of the mani right over the throttle body. Yea, I would have gone with a EFR if one they were available and if I was just going for big numbers. I'm just shooting for 440-460, but will use another hp file for Road Racing with just a little less power.

Sideways LNF is actually in its natural form. The LNF was specifically designed for the Kappa platform. This is how the engine should always look :P

Let's ceramic coat the mating flanges, that'll provide a real good seal. Lol I hate seeing that

Just throwing this out there I do have a stock turbo now with Forge BPV that I'm thinking on selling. How much are they going for now a days?

It has 25k on the car

No, bought the BNR last November I just look at all the other options that are available. I have been on stock turbo till yesterday.

Lol, I know what you mean with the white. Everyone has said to me the same thing. I wipe it Down once a week, it take 10min. I'm going to probably dyno without the injector and then with.

Here is a 3.8 second 60-100 pull with no 5th injector, 26 psi and E-47 not E-85 yet until the 5th injector goes on. If you look I let off a little due to wheelspin right about 60-70 MPH. MAF is off a little due to me having a leak before that was throwing Term2 off. Leak is fixed and the fuel trims should be within 1% with the latest file Term just sent me. Thanks Term2!!!!

Term2 said:

It spools nicely (only 200-300 RPMs slower than stock). Makes a decent overall powerband. It has decent topend but likely falls a little short of a EFR (more efficient) or S-20G (flows more) in the higher RPMs but it still pulls pretty hard at 7600 RPMs.

Did you gun it at 40? lol

You had some KR up top?

Your injector duty cycle is maxed, 5th injector might help you improve actually with a bit more boost.

What is your rev limit at? 7500?
