Boost Issues

I have a 2009 SS and im having a few problems.

1) My boost peak is 11psi

2) If i go WOT i lose complete boost and no matter what i do i cant go past 0psi until car is restarted.

3) CEL has come on twice, diagnostic read "Turbo Under boosting".

Can someone please help me???

Has anything happened recently or have u done anything to the car? Sounds like a broken charge pipe or intercooler...

I would just take it straight to the dealer. You should still have warranty, and you JUST bought it from them, so they should have to deal with it. They should fix it for you.

Speaking from experience, you're going to drive yourself retarded trying to diagnose this. If it's under warranty take it to a dealer, give them the code, symptoms and go from there. It could be a sensor, harness, turbo, you name it.

What was the numerical code (PXXXX)? This sounds like the same behaviour where you start with a P0236 (Turbo System Performance) and it starts with a boost leak test followed by checking the MAP/TMAP/Boost Solenoid and going from there.

i would take it back to the dealer and have them fix it. I got a 09 SS cause it was a GM Cert. with 19k so it came with a good warranty. Use it while you have it.
