yes sir, and their support is second to none. I have had them send solenoids and springs out overnight after a brief over-the-phone diagnostics session (for the vw, not the balt). They are masters at their craft, which is hard to find. Never heard a team or a wrencher complain about em, ever.

vroooooom pssh.

I'm still stuck between this and a bov, what exactly is required to get a bov to run right with this car?

well you need new charepipes to house the BPV. and to do a MAF relocation. Then get tuned for it all.

OK so minus the chargepipes/tune, how much is it for a MAF relocation?

well maf relocation is the cost of the tune and charge pipes. because you need both of them to make it work. it costs nothing to move the maf lower just your time

So I have no tune and no chargepipes yet... I wanted to get both anyway, so you are telling me I just need to get the chargepipes and a tune to include the BOV and there will be no extra cost on top of that?

A relocation for the maf, a tune, and you also need to block off the bpv. Get a good BOV, turbosmart and HKS come to mind first but there are others. Tial makes some but I have heard some people have issues, some don't. Get a good one because that is the only thing letting your air charge vent so you don't mess up the turbo.

Gdubs, in that video your esc must have been freaking out. Excellent review by the way.

Does Trifecta do tunes that include a relocated MAF?

I'm not much of a mechanic, so help me out here...

I see what the stock and Forge BPV does, and where it attaches, etc. It is pretty obviously hard-mounted.

That being the case, how the hell does this thing from Hahn attach? I understand it says "hose-mounted" but uh, what hoses, where?

it mounts to a flange on the charge pipe. Not directly to the turbo like the bpv does.
