Can't shift into 1st, 3rd, 5th. 2nd, 4th, and 5th works fine.

So I'm having problems shifting into 1st 2nd and 5th. It's like a brick wall. I hear a knocking noise when I'm trying to shift into those gears. So I take my fuse box and push my PCM to the side and I see (I don't know the name of it, still very new to working on my car) a metal block I'll say (lol I would be happy if some one could inform on what's it called) knocking against my, I'll say engine mount, I know it's not supposed to since I've never had this problem since my GF called saying she could get it into first. I'll prove pictures of course but any help is use full I'm thinking Linkage Cable. It's not a tranny problem I think. She was 35 min away from my house and ride 2nd and 4th out to get home. Thanks -Shon

This is where it is knocking on. Trying to get it to go into first it's in but not. It will pop out.

A better look.

If thats the shifter counterweight, then thats definitely not supposed to be hitting the mount. Not sure what would cause that though. Broken shift cable or maybe it just popped off?

Here's an update. It's my roll pin. Y'all are absolutely right about that. But man oh man! I'm having a sure hard time getting the pin out!! Like WTF! I was able to push the pin in some using a center punch or pin punch. I pushed it in and now I'm getting 1st, 3rd, and 5th but not really. It doesn't feel fully engaged . So now I'm busting ass trying get it out frustrating since I few members on here got it out in 30-45 min while it's been an hour for me!

So yeah basically I kept try to push it in towards the passenger side in order to get the pin out...instead I guess I pushed it back into place. I wanted to push it towards the driver side in order to get it out put my transmission is in the way lol I could drive like this but I want to fix this for good! I'm going to upload pictures on how far I got.
