Give it a few minutes before you drive. Its more for the oil viscosity than cat when you have it deleted. This is what I was told by BYT.

yup, ya gotta let it warm up a bit anyway, I have a Hahn catless downpipe and with catwarm up it always sounded like a propplane, just annoying until the sequence was over, I asked Vince to delete it and now it just idles high for a bit until like, 150degrees or so then drops to normal idle at full temp

When warm it lets everything expand and actually run tests. The oil is a part of it. But isn't the whole story. There is more to it.

x2 on whatever everyone else said. either way, any car, its good to warm it up for at least a minute or two before driving, and i DO MY BEST ) to let it get to atleast 160* before any spirited driving...

This. I won't pull away until the car is at 100*F, and spirited driving happens above 160*F.

Once the car starts to cycle the fuel pressure and the idles below 1000 i usually pull away. some times thats 85* coolant temp, sometimes thats 130* coolant temp and i dont beat on it untill ive seen it cycle past 182 a few times at least...

i dont see how the cat warm up causing that much load on a cold motor is good for anything other than emissions... spooling the turbo on cold oil seems dumb.
