hey everyone I live in MI right now but in a few months I am about to move to CA for a job. Do you think I will beable to get away with a catless downpipe or even can I take out the muffler? I really like the ZZP catless and I only live 2 hours away from them and I dont want to buy the catted one.

 

Does CA have emissions testing? If so, the catless will have to go.

 

forget emissions testing that would be the least of your problems in Cali...

Cali is striking down HARD on modd'd cars so you better fully look into that **** before you do it cus you could end up having your car towed for illegal mods.

i saw them tow a dudes car cus it was lowered too much and then this female cop looked under the hood and was like yea hes got a cold air intake, blah blah blah and was just writing ticket after ticket.

 

yea I hurd the same thing about parts this sucks I think I am going to get the catted.

juast make sure everything is carb except, you should be fine, and as for the cat, you should be ok aswell, just make sure the second 02 is turned off and your set, long as you dont get a CEL...

 

How about keeping your Michigan plates? im running catless, among other things but having my Michigan plates in New York seem to be a good "repelent" from cop harrassment
