CEL and acting up.

Ok after I put on my catless downpipe I got the expected CEL. Shortly after I got a trifecta tune and the light stayed off for about a week. Which if i cleared it before the tune it could go that long before coming back on. But even with the tune now I've still got the oxygen sensor code. Is it possible the sensor is bad or maybe something happened and the code didn't get tuned out? Also I'm running a K and N intake, and a muffler delte also and when I start my car in the mornings sometimes it dies like a carbed car and it seems when I restart it after its been driven it seems like it sputters on start up. Like as the motor raises rpm on its own its got a diesel sound like a flutter. Driving it it does fine. Great power, driveability. Thanks

I sent him two datalogs he said everything looked good. The stumble happens on the stock tune. Its set to trigger when its in competetive mode. On cold mornings it acts like its carberated. Do you guys have that problem when its say below 40 out. The code its throwing is a P0140.
