What is this hole for featured on one of my lower charge pipes?

 

Vacuum line, and for the block off plate/map sensor

Hard to tell by the size of that pic but I'm assuming the map sensor/ vaccume holes.

 

So my stock one probably has the same holes eh?

This is correct.

 

OP, here's a pic of the cold-side charge pipe with the 3-bar TMAP, but you get the idea. The stock sensor uses the two screw-holes, where the 3-bar that wasn't designed for our cars only uses the one hole.



This is where the vacuum line from the cold-side charge-pipe goes and why it goes there.
