CharGe Pipe question

What is this hole for featured on one of my lower charge pipes?

Vacuum line, and for the block off plate/map sensor

Hard to tell by the size of that pic but I'm assuming the map sensor/ vaccume holes.

OP, here's a pic of the cold-side charge pipe with the 3-bar TMAP, but you get the idea. The stock sensor uses the two screw-holes, where the 3-bar that wasn't designed for our cars only uses the one hole.
