Charge Piping

Seriously....with all the options out there, how the heck do you pick one set? I had initially planned on getting Dejon set to match my intake, but with the sales going on theres been some good deals on other brands, especially Injen.

Im not a big fan of the way the Injen cuts across the motor, but I would assume a direct path like that is better for flow?

Anyways, any reccomendations?

Its all up to what you want man. I chose hahn myself. My second choice would have been synapse. But CIA is good, and Dejon can mount a BOV flange if you wanna run an external one, and they can color match it to your car as well.

I wouldn't get the injen myself, but thats personal choice. I went with simple.

So you guys liked the Dejon? Like I said that was initially my first choice, I figured it would look good to match the Dejon color matched intake.

Dejon would have been my third choice. And if you get an SRi you can feed your inner ricer with a slightly louder PSH

I've got Injen hot side, I couldn't pass the deal up. $187 shipped to my door from TH Motorsports. I've had it a couple weeks now and haven't had an issue yet.

haha fair enough, I do like the sound of the intake....but I hated the sound of the upgraded BPV spring.

I have Dejon's Hot-Side Charge Piping with a HKS BOV welded on, and I really LOVE the piping, but I think I have a Boost Leak, so I'm going to see if I can tighten up my t-bolt clamps & silicone couplers tonight.

Dejon both hot and cold side here as well. I've had them on for like 8 months now and never a problem. Just make sure you get the tbolt clamps. I didn't at first and learned the hard way and I have a lil dent in my hood now

Can you get the T-bolts through Dejon or did you guys go elsewhere? Did you use the supplied couplers or get better ones?

Thanks for all the input BTW

I actually don't use tbolt clamps. 24lbs of boost and no problems. Tighten the worm clamps properly without letting it start to twist off track, and you shouldn't have a problem. I blew off a pipe the first day I had it, but once I retightened, I've been fine.

no T-bolts here 22psi daily, no issues. I would reccommend glueing the SRI hose like i stated in my mods write up. I'm about to post about my Hahn DP and Mandrel cat back i put on yesterday.
