Why would you even expect 280+? The GMS1 is rated for 280hp at the crank, not the wheels. All you really have for mods is the exhaust which wouldnt bump you up that much. 270-275whp is right around where we've all been. I hit 277whp with just a Dejon SRI and GMS1.

Out of curiosity what do you think you would put down if you where fully bolted (ie. Intake, Downpipe, Charge Pipes and IC) + GMS1?

Not trying to thread jack you OP

They were doing Horespower plus TQ in the Car Club Meet, which I was curious about it, not the WHP. I'm fixing the to replace the factory CP, maybe ordering it from GenuineSaab.com for better flow plus waiting for KN to release the SRI (sometime soon). Then I might get what I wanted. Exhaust I'm just waiting for Magnaflow to release their verison of the catback, or I might just get mine custom weilded to get rid of the factory resonator and the restrictive muffler to replace with Magnaflow.

Finally order my CP from GenunieSaab.com. Time to get rid of the restrictive CP.

You know that this doesn't replace the whole hot side pipe correct?

Yeah, suppose to reuse the couplers from the restrictive CP.

I thought about the CP from GenuineSaab. I decided to cancel the order because I believe I was half stepping. If I want a real CP, I get Hahn, OTTP, or Injen. Just don't like to cut both the ends of my rubbers off then slightly tighten it down w/o any leaks. Sounds ghetto that way.

Get Injen from OTTP or TTR. Only $75 more than the Genuine Saab one and it's a much nicer peice, plus it does replace the whole hot side CP, that way you can keep your stock hot side piping to switch back to in the event of a serious waranty issue (knock on wood).

22psi on my injen and its holding much better then my clutch. using included couplers but T-bolt clamps instead of worm drive.

Also gave my engine bay a little cleaning today.

Injen CP is fine, couplers are a little short and you should pop for T-bolt clamps. The Injen intake...not so hot. I heard of people loosing HP from it and it skews the fuel trims like all others to date. I forget the details though, Term2 knows.
