Check engine light

so i was driving and i noticed i had no boost. i checked under my hood and my IC piping had come apart from the turbo. so i tightened it back together, to it for a test drive and i heard a loud pop. Got back, and it turns out that the one clamp got stripped and i have a check engine light. and eff my life i need to get something that holds the couplers together better than the ones that came with it. i was thinking t bolt clamps.. please give me some advice. thanks in advance.

Hose clamps will work you just have to tighten the **** out of them. I try to run T-bolts on my seup but sometimes they are hard to get. If the problems persists I would get T-bolts.

Get the tbolts you won't regret it. My clamp came loose and I have a nice ding in my hood. Go to siliconeintakes.com they have the clamps cheap. Mt pipes came apart 3 times then I said screw it and got the tbolts

I watched a SS with Dejon piping blow the piping off the connection for the turbo outlet piece to the rest of the hotside yesterday 4 times with regular clamps.

Anyone who buys the dejon piping should get silicone connectors AND t-bolts.

Yup I have the Dejon pipes. I replaced one coupler because it was too short but the tbolts work wonders.

So is safe to assume that the moment you get a tune on these cars and get on it, you can expect to blow the stock charge piping off?

The one coupler I replaces is like 4.5 inches long its because of the intercooler I needed a longer one. And as the stock bullshit clamps they suck and after your car gets tuned and you get on it you will blow the pipes apart lol. That's if you have aftermarket ones
