Well my cold side intercooler piping popped off of the throttle body today... no big deal i thought its happend before i just get a ratchet and put the T-bolt back on and tighten it back down. So i do this then i go to start my car, and it wont start. WTF!! well i noticed a sensor was unpluged from what looks like the starter (will find out for sure 2morro in the daylight) so i go to plug it back in and notice that the stem the sensor plugs into is broken off. So for now the sensor is in the hole and held in with electrical tape! lol!

So my question is are the Starters different for an 08 SS? or will a regular cobalt starter work? Buying a new starter is the only thing i can see to fix the sensor stem since it looks to be a part of the starter.

Anyone else have this issue before?
