Colorado Emissions ZZP Hi-flow Spun metal Cat
Footnotes at bottom for those that hate walls of text
So got my emissions test performed like 30mins ago. I passed the HC, CO, CO2, and NOx with ZZP's hi-flow spun metal cat on Terms tune. But I get to the wonderful visual inspection, and fail for no oxygen sensor or cat . Before I could even say anything the women who performed the visual was like we had to look it up and it says your supposed to have 2 cats and your oxygen sensor is like coming out of what looks like a cat . I figured there was no point in even attempting to argue with the emission employee or manager since (no offense if you work at an emissions place) they seemed pretty clueless. The looks on their faces when the operator had to accelerate (test on a dynameter its works out to like a 1-2mile drive) and the exhaust (also zzp's sounds awesome btw first time hearing out side of the car) where sheer OMG what is that.
So now I get to swap the stock cat in, go do another emissions test tomorrow morning, and then swap back to the zzp cat.
FOOTNOTES: Passed the emissions sniffer with ZZP's hi-flow, but failed because they though LNF's had 2 cats and that my oxygen sensor was coming out of my one cat
I can post up the readings I got from the sniffer test if ppl in other states want to see how it stacks up to the requirements

That does sound a little weird. I would have tried to argue it....
Just don't be like me and put the one you have on now, BACK ON after taking it off, and then have to switch it two more times.
edit: or come to castle rock. I dont even think they did a visual on mine hahaha
