So i put on my new HKS bov the other day and its surging like a **** installed perfectly and bpv is blocked off with spring still inside as well as the vacume line being attached to BOV help?

 

take the filter out that they gave you for the vac line.. thats the biggest problem. then try to push back the diaphram in the hks with your finger. i did that with mine and it blows off at idle and driving it will blow off with out making boost.
