Cool post some pics. I am curious to see if they fixed the issue with the loose vac line. I am looking at this same intake.

I heard of some problems about this intake, one being the ability that you can pull it off with little strength; let me know the quality of the clamps and connections that you receive with the intake.

I want to get it, but I've heard of erratic A/F ratios as well due to the error in MAF adjustments with the "new" location of the sensor on this intake...

^^^ mass air reading is 2% error from what ive heard numerous times therefor being that its not to crazy. you would more then likely have an erractic ratio from hahns intake or a full length cold air intake instead of a short ram. i plan on ordering this aswell.

WOW this thing sounds crazy!! It sounds like someone snuck under my hood and put a BOV in without me knowing. The Vac line seems like its secured pretty well. The intake tubing did take some serious screwing with to get it to line up with the turbo and secure properly, but nothing too hard. It does seem a little loose, but so far no codes or suspected leaks. It sounds absolutely INCREDIBLE. Im gonna go for a longer drive now to see if any issues arise. I have some pictures and videos Ill post when I get back.

Yeah i got my ss/tc this past sat and i ordered the dejon sai and bpv spring the next day. It arrived at my job wed and i installed the stuff in 30 min. All in all the bpv spring was a lil pain to put in but the intake is cake. for people that decide to get it i recommend a piece of 1/4" rubber hose to put over the factory airbox stud. Sounds really good now...Just gotta order the dejon dp and i'll hopefully be getting tuned april 11th.

Can't wait for the vids...If only it was a tight fit. Everyone I know that has got one (all 4) have complained in some way, of fitment issues and codes with Dejon. But a lot of that could have to do with who's installing this stuff. Hard to tell.

the SS/TC's have widebands stock. you just need something to read it such as the RPD, an interceptor or something along those lines

Okay.... here are the pictures....vids to come shortly:

Arrived 2days from placing order. Great Service!

My babys...I couldnt help the photo op haha.

The SS looking super clean. I took a clay bar to it yesterday, then 2 coats of wax.

In this picture you can see the air box stud that likes to scratch the intake. Like others recommend, a piece of 1/4" hose does the trick.

Heres a view of the intake from below. So far everything is nice and tight.

All done and looking sweeet...

Like I said, all-in-all everything is nice and tight...I really cranked the clamps on. I thought the spring was very easy to put it...theres was a lot of tension with the new one but I still got it in without trouble. The only issue I had was getting the intake to line up right with turbo and coupling. I ended up jacking the passenger side up and lining it up from below while my buddy lined up the top.

This thing sounds soooooo mean now....before it was almost hard to hear that the car had a turbo, but now there is definitely NO mistaking. The intake sounds INSANE when the turbo spools, you can hear perfectly even with the windows up. Then the spring creates an amazing BOV sound! If your considering buying one......DO IT!

That is what I found from tuning on my car. Stock airbox creates a 1% error so 2% is not bad. A CAI that does not relocate the MAF will defintely have a much greater error %.

It is not that hard to do. Takes only 20 min or so.
