Looks nice...I've been enjoying mine as well. The sound is extremely nice, especially once tuned

No issues so far w/ mine as well. Does have the rubbing which as mentioned can be fixed pretty easily

No...Recirc tube is for a recirulating BOV. If you wish to add a recirc BOV then add that option, if you dont then you do not need that option.
