Dejon Intake
You are making the assumption that all that have owned Dejon's intake and had issues with it are stupid. Bad assumption to make.
It is poorly designed. It has a piece of coupler inside a coupler as a reducer instead of a proper 3" X 2.5" reducer or what ever size it was. Because of the outside diameter of the coupler it hits the BPV cover before the coupler can slide all the way onto the turbo. The breather fitting does not reach and it has no barb to retain the stock breather hose even if it did reach.

second, i cannot comment on the pcv provision as i just had it deleted and ran the check valve with a breather, the only company to offer that option and guess what, that works perfectly!
Have you noticed that because of the OD of the "coupler" it hits the BPV cover before it slides all the way onto the turbo? Even if you tighten it relly well it can slide around on there because of that ghetto rigged coupler.
tI did have to trim my coupler to fit around the bolt on the BPV. Little bit of tweaking and it works perfict and it does not cost what a hahn costs. same reason i went with a 3" from mandrel bent instead of a kit that costs 2X as much. just bent the hangers a bit and it works fine and the end result is the same.
I also have the charge piping with a crazy steve intercooler, and i have had some slight issues with boost leaks on the chrage piping, but i feel it is the crazy steve intercooler causeing the problems, so i need to give it a little tlc before i see whats what.
I tried to install my intake last week. I'm no master mechanic but I can't get it to fit right. It is hitting my ac line. I can't even get the intake to line up porperly with the coupler. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do? Thanks
When I had the Dejon SRI, I put split rubber tubing over the A/C line and zip tied it to one of the stock filter mount threaded studs pulling it over to keep it from rubbing on the intake. Also wrapped the breather connection with self sealing tape (Scotch 130C) to keep it from leaking.
It'll fit, but make sure the 'coupler reducer' is inserted in the end properly so it doesn't move after it's clamped onto the turbo.

Mine was off about -11 LTFT, after i tuned it out now i'm .4 off. Still loving mine. I also got the Spring, and I love the sound. I used a blue Spectra cone filter because it matches my car and it's a dry filter.
He always says something stupid in every thread I've seen him post in. He's trying to be funny but he's not doing a good job and just making himself look like a dick. : /
