Dejon Intake Install Help ASAP!
oKAY I removed the stock intake..well putting on the dejon intake i took those two black coupler peices off of the intake itself...the one smaller sized one can not fit back onto the intake..so i placed it on the turbo the bigger peice fits snug over the intake..so can i not just fit the bigger peice over the smaller piece and use the clamps to secure it???
i need help...ill take pics and upload them asap

FYI. It apears you have the upgraded spring as well. B4 you put the intake on unscrew those 3 bolts to the tan cover (use the sicket that angles) and be carefull you dont loose the stock spring, pull the whole unit out of your turbo, separate carefully the black and tan pieces put your new spring in and apply force inwards when tightening.
Step 1. Put everything back as it came shipped. (you need all the parts)
Step 2. tighten the clamp on the side of the coupler (rubber hose) the is toward the filter completely, if not already from factory.
Step 3. keep the other clamp very loose, then adjust the intake until it is almost flush with the turbo housing and rises over your A/C line in the bend its ok if it looks high it will close if right.
Step 4. tighten that last clamp down all the way.
Step 5 attach your vaccum hose to the stock one put your filter on and thats it.

So the length of the coupler should be as long as the large one. Not extended as you have in your picture.

well the larger one is exteneded because it fits on the intake pipe and is ment to go over the smaller coupler on the turbo itself..then clamp down for a tight fit am i right?
with your intake in your hand, put the large coupler on. dont put it all the way down on the intake, keave about 2 inches off. now put the smaller one inside till it stops and hits the intake tube and connot slide in any further. now push the intake onto your turbo. secure clamps
just while holding it down with one hand, hand tighten the screws back
then you can re-center your grip and fully tighten, make sure no black is hanging out.

Yup looks good, just rotate it a little forward, make sure it clears over that A/C line and as for the stock post you can do two things. 1 Bend it all the way down... i didn't like that or you can bend slightly away of your inatke is tight and 2 you put a rubber cap on that post you'll be ok otherwise yeah bend it further so you dont create a hole.
intake is on good, but make sure that right clamp is securely holding the intake on the turbo. wiggle it a bit and if it moves alot make it tighter. may need to move that clamp to the right more. othen than that your good to go.

okay so i put the small couplre over the turbo...then the large one over the small one..tigthen it done..put the intake pipe into the large coupler thats holding down the smaller coupler on the turbo..i tigthen that down..i give it a wiggle..a little wiggly but i cant seem to pull it out.
i put the maf/oil feed back in...the filter on..give the intake a snug pull..pops right off the ******* turbo again.
why is such a simple task putting up such a fight..****

do u know why, cause listen carefully.
you have 2 clamps. the left clamp holds the coupler to the intake. put that clamp to the far left of the coupler. tighten the **** out of it till your arm hurts B4 you put intake on car. now put intake on car. SNUG! push it in and wiggle it in as far as it can go. now take other clamp and put it as far to the right of the coupler as it can go, to make sure your tightening it onto the turbo and not tightening nothing. now tighten the hell out of it.
if you cannot succeed at this, then stop modifying your car please. this is a simple task. how to connect pipe A to pipe B.
