I don't think there is any point to swap out the manifold until you have a larger turbo, its made specifically for the dual scroll action

How was the difference in power from stock to the turbo back setup you have?

what size exhaust gives us the best gains and how much gains do you get with full exhaust or since the cpu learns do you really not get any power until you tune???

super,

3" is plenty big, but you probably won't see much gain since the car is limited to 260ft-lbs. There may be some gain in the RPM range where the stock cars drop below 260 ft-lbs where a larger exhaust may allow it to hold 260ft-lbs for longer and have higher torque compared to stock.

I have the synapse DP and Hahn 3 in.

It sounds awsome! Not too loud but the tone is perfect and plenty of random pops and burbles.

Wait for a tune to tell the power difference

Im doing my best to wait for more parts to be available for this car, but am seriously contemplating the down pipe. I installed them on all my diesel trucks, and removal of that cat made a HUGE difference in boost spool, sound, and a gain in MPG. EGT's dropped significantly too. Id love to know if this is a worthy mod to perform without a tune (for now).
