2.0L LNF Performance Tech 260hp and 260 lb-ft of torque Turbocharged tuner version.

Does anyone make a TB spacer for the LNF?

BYT, How far from Buffalo are you? I may need your services in the next little while. I don't really feel comfortable tuning for meth with Vince via E-mail....

It needs to be 1/2" thick. Meth nozzle gets a 11/32 hole and then 1/8NPT tap. And you need to have a lil meat all around the hole, so 1/2" will do the trick.

I don't know how thick their spacers are but most Phenolic Spacers we use on teh Subaru's are 3mm or 8mm. 8mm would be .315 and the 11/32 hole is .343.

Yo BYT, since we're somewhat on the topic how about a phenolic spacer for the intake manifold? A 3/8"-1/2" phenoilc spacer would keep that intake nice and cool away from the engine heat

I can make one from Teflon like we do for the LSJ cars. I believe they were $40 each. Ill check tho if a few people are interested.

How much of a difference would that really make on a TC car with an intercooler?

Huge difference.

It's an aluminum intake attached to an aluminum head that gets very hot. I know that just driving 10 minutes down the road the intake manifold becomes almost too hot to touch. Just one pass down the strip it gets so hot that i can't put my hand too close to it. Instant burn.

A small spacer could make a huge difference with reducing the transfer of heat... And the only thing I can say is, every little bit helps

Depending on total cost, I think I am in for both!

if you do make a run of teflon intake manifold spacers, can u make one WithOut the hole for that internal PCV valve? i want to bypass that one and add my own from the oil cap to the intake manifold with a oneway valve so it only opens under vacuum (and not boost the crankcase lol) and i feel that would cut down alot of oil contamination in the manifold and intake valves. esp if I put a second catch can in the new line

Yes. It's a 1/8" Teflon Spacer and we offer it with or without the breather hole for people with stock or aftermarket IM's. I need to get more material in for those but Ill make a GB on those too once I get more in. Thanks
