E-85 dyno
No, they're pretty much on target. He could expect a few more gains with an aftermarket FMIC, but that's about it for bolt-ons.
I am going to do CAI, FMIC, piping, DP with swappable hiflo cat or straight pipe, and a Trifecta 22psi E85 tune, and I'm fully expecting 350whp.
24psi tunes spook me - **** always pops after 23 it seems (sooner or later).

Really man it depends on how you drive, when I first got the e-85, I was going through it like ridiculous fast. A full tank would last about 2-3 days, lol but then I kinda calm down and stop driving so fast. Now I get pretty good mpg. But the only thing that really kinda sucks is that e85 isn't available every where.

I see better avg mpg's on e85 than I did on 93. HP tuners ftw
Made 314/388 on a dynojet with nothing but a downpipe and a conservative 20psi hp tune, so his numbers are definitely pretty close.
Anything over 24psi is going going to net you some torque and lots of heat. It is definitely NOT advised to run higher than 24 without meth injection. Ask all the people that have torched their ringlands on the trifecta infiniboost tune.

i am on infiniboost and hittin 22 and spiking rarely to 24, also its very hard to hit over 24 on the cobalts, soltice and sky can make it with mods, also i agree with NOT goin over 24, stock turbo loses efficiancy after 23 anyway so its pointless unless you have it re-worked, but nice numbers

Yes it is, unless you have the mods to support it, it wont run that high, I'm certian the guyz on youtube who say they do dont, especially with the mods that they claim to have. No one is puttin over 24psi on a stock Ko4 with just a couple of bolt-ons, they spike very rarely over 24 but certianly not holding it, they're turbo would be cooked rare style

Also BYT ran 30 psi on the Stock K04 for over a year
BTW I ran a solid 26 psi (not spiking then dropping like some) for over a year, pulled the turbo off to exchange it for the BNR 2871 upgrade and the turbo was in perfect condition.
My ringlands never fried.
I'm now running 26 psi on my BNR 2871 and still using all the same factory equipment.
To be honest I'm more worried about the valve train breaking then my ringlands.
