Emissions and Spun Metal Cat?

I have ZZPs Spun metal cat and people keep telling me I'm gonna fail because the spun metal cat isn't actually doing much. It's just sitting there blocking a little air. Basically just robbing HP without blocking the bad carbons. So it's just bad all around...

Obviously hearsay at this point, but does anyone have experience with emissions yet?

I know you guys don't know how strict Colorado is, but is there anyone here that's tried to get emissions done?

My car doesn't stink like a catless car does. I'm running the MPx catted pipe. The ZZP DP has the cat located further away, which is good for the life of the cat, but bad for efficiency.

I can't stand the smell of catless cars, either driving behind them, or knowing that I'm inflicting the stink upon someone behind me.

I have the Hahn catted dp and my car passed no problems flow is only about 5% less than no cat they claim and our emissions are at least as strict as they are there.
