I wonder if we can get a vendor to work up something for us!

Maybe 5-10 people willing to do it?

come on steve, haven't you seen/heard mine enough. go to a good exhaust shop. i went to mine in Burbank and talked to the guy for a little. he suggested 2 race mufflers from a friend of his that races out of simi valley. mine sound bitchin. DO NOT REMOVE RESONATORS. if you put in a down pipe and/or header, you should not remove resonator. with the better flow of full exhaust, it made my exhaust twice as loud. i first did the duals (y-pipe split over rear axel). it sounded deeper, but mellow. as soon as i put on header and downpipe, that thing exploded. if you do it, make it subtle like mine, you dont need 2 gigantic fart cans hanging out like an S2k or other rice

yep, took a saw, made a make shift template using card board and tape, and went to it. i could have done better if i took my time, but you cant really notice it. from a distance, it looks like it was made that way. but if your buying a new bumper, even easier.

you could always do a muffler delete like Rissa

3" to dual 2.5" Y-pipe with 4" round magnflows or 5" round Borla S-type muflers 2.5" inlet and outlet of course.

You get a vendor to come up with a dual exhaust that doesn't sound like poopy and I'll buy it. But I wouldn't be gettin ur hopes up. I should be havin my new car in the next month or two and the first things I'm doing is charge pipes, exhaust, and a tune. So if you manage to find a vendor that's willing to do this up, put me on the list

lol. okie.

im going right this time with stainless. no more aluminum. lol

get a catless DP too dude!

i honestly wouldnt buy a dual exhaust from a company unless it was way worth it and proven.

custom is the way to go and its way cheaper..

u prefer magna flow or the borla. i was fighting this back when i had my SC

Magnaflows are deeper sounding Borlas are more agressive sounding. IMHO I like the way my Borla sounds on my car without a cat and no resonator either. She really screams at 7200 rpms.

What is the advantage of no cat?

I can't go cat-less. We have e-check where I live and it has to be done every other year and if you don't pass, you don't get a renewal sticker. I agree with the point you make there, I wouldn't buy it unless it's proven either. I wanna see a test vehicle with before and after dyno's to make sure they're not losing any power and actually making a worth while gain AND that it's not one of those that flows 80% thru the left and only 20% thru the right side. I doubt this will ever get off the ground, but we'll see. If someone could fab it up to where it sounded similar to the srt's exhaust, I'd prolly be the first person to buy lol

I didn't mean I wanted it to sound exactly like an SRT, just somethin close to it. Most importantly that mean ass rumble at idle. You make a good point btw...I might do that swappin out DP's thing, that could work very well...

You can hear the turbo more, it spools up faster, and makes a little more power too.
