FINALLY Decided What My Plans Are For The Turbalt
i have decided to do the ZZP S256 Upgrade, ZZP FMIC, Trifecta Tune, and probably a Devils Own Water Meth Kit and a Clutch Once i Destroy mine
looking to be at over 400whp....then after that im going to do the MPx Catback, Solid Mounts all around then i think im done lol cant wait till after deployment to get the ball rolling!!!!!!!!

You should easily be able to hit 400whp with only the S252 and no meth. You also might want to rethink the whole waiting on a new clutch setup as well. Don't expect the stock clutch to hold this sort of power very well..
yes matt made over 500 hp on a dyno jet and midd upper 400's on a mustang dyno with it. Your plan isnt to logical either, Upgrade supporting mods before the big power adder if ur gonna be upgrading things at different times. There is no sense on putting a big turbo on if ur clutch is gonna slip. I wouldnt do meth either youll need tires and suspension tweaks to get the power to the ground.
Absolutely no doubt you will make over 400whp with the S252... the clutch is an absolute must though. I don't know if you plan on bringing the car to zzp or not, but I'd almost be willing to bet that zzp might not even install the kit if the clutch isn't upgraded.

i want to do the clutch no doubt just need to find someone to do it for under 1200....so we will see...and no i wont take it to zzp ill have a friends shop do it zzp is too far away....but good on the s252 thats the turbo i will get then.....and vince from trifecta will be tuning it locally in seattle
The clutch is a pretty straight forward job on our cars
Should take about 6-8 hours the first time
Buy a good clutch and take your time with some buddies with some auto knowledge and you are set

If you want opinions here is mine. It is usually beter to build from the bottom up. Now granted you aren't going to do any beefing of the lower end. I would say start with the clutch, then do the turbo. It sounds like the Exhaust and intake are more or less dialed in already from your sig. The 252 spools faster if I recall correctly, and according to ZZP's test car (Matt's I think) it will make enough power to bend a connecting rod. Like I said the clutch is the most important part in my opinion. If your clutch slips, on a dyno your car wont hit 400 hp or torque since it wont be making it to the gound, or in this case the rollers on the dyno. Good luck with the build dude I hope it turns out as awesome as it sounds.
This is also the route i would like to go. The S252 is the turbo i want to go with. You can easily get 500hp from that turbo and full bolt ons. Ill be moving back to Michigan in a year and will hopefully be getting this kit soon after i get back!

make sure you havea good tune, i recomend changing pistons and clutch if your aiming for that power... heck if the bottom end if open mind as well do all at once... save your money and do the things right before making that much power... im not saying the pistons are not good enough but eventually they will fail with in time... change them, make sure you are ready for that kind of power... just my opininion...

true. The OE clutch won't last long with 400+WHP.
