I mean is it a registered Gm kit or is it only the sensors. does it come with the calibration code and what not?

It's ronn's kit. He sold it because there was no return on it and he found out he already had a tune. Stop trying to scare the OP.

i was thinking the k&n next.. or a hahn intake so people can tell my cars turbo because its so quiet stock so installing stage 1 only thing my tech should be concerned with is trim the lower sensor?

Intake requires more tuning.

if you put the aftermarket intake on it will mess up your fuel trims, your stock airbox with the paper filter is good enough. you'll end up backfiring, miss firing, and maybe your car wants to cut off on you from my experience. I discovered my KN filters were the cause, so I took my drop in filter out and my intake before and cleaned my MAF sensor. The dealer spotted P101, P106, both related to MAF and P236 (I think) fuel trims twice before and after the intake.

those are the only two I would rely on the AEM and K&N. If you get a K&N make sure you get a MAF Cleaner from Advance Auto Parts and do it like 3,000 to 5,000 miles so you fuel trims will stay consistent.
