First upgrade, more to come.

New member and new owner of a 2010 Cobalt SS. Found one with only 28300 miles and love it so far. Like my signature states it already has a downpipe, SRI and a tune. I hate oil based air filters so I installed an amsoil air filter. Looking to upgrade to colder ngk plugs, the upper intercooler pipe and a catback exhaust. Then some cosmetic interior and exterior items. My wife loves the car and power when she is driving and my 16 year old daughter's look in her eyes when she drives it when the turbo kicks in is cool to see. I only let her drive it when I'm in the car with her. She says it's her car now. She doesn't like the Isuzu Vehicross that I let her drive now that she has driven the Cobalt.

Love the silver man low miles it's pretty new. I would get zzp upper ,lower charge pipe , intercooler , downpipe , but I've read bad things about ngk plugs I personally use denso plugs and gapped to 32 and havent had any problems with them. Most people will recommend ac Delco plugs but it's totally up to you

Good find. I don't like oiled filters either and currently use a paper filter for my CAI. I also run Delco plugs with a Trifecta tune and have had no issues. Definitely keep an eye on your daughter driving this car. These things are capable of high 12s and can trap around 110 with the modifications you have.

Honestly unless you just want to change the exhaust tone, the factory catback is a very good free flowing exhaust. I would recommend factory plugs, and a low profile zzp intercooler only because the end tanks can crack on the factory one. Other than that the factory one is very efficient. Rotated trans mounts from Powell race shop are also a nice addition as the align things the way they should have been done from the factory. Enjoy the car, and don't let your daughter drive it.....
