Pretty much. He just pissed that he didn't get the part. I also sent an e-mail to forge about his attitude and they way he treated me and other members in the thread.
He is also mad that he has to wait because GM bpv is on manufacturer back order for the next 3 month

If you are in a hurry to get anything, go call forge and pay full price. It was your choosing to get in on a GB that will take longer than 3 days. If you are so impatient call junk yard to get a stock one off a sky/solstice/cobalt/hhr. Otherwise be patient or have the wrath of the CSS boughten upon you.
