Hello Everyone,
I emailed Forge over the weekend about the situation with EricGT and why his shipped before ours. Mike at Forge wrote this statement back to me and requested it be posted for everyone in the GB to see.
We would like to sincerely apologize to the CobaltSS.net community for any misunderstanding or confusion regarding this latest group buy. After careful review of the situation, we have determined that one individual, through deliberate misrepresentation of the facts both to us and to the group buy participants, has not only placed their own selfish interests above those of everyone else, but has also deliberately tried to instill mistrust and ill will between us and the community we are trying to support. While I have actively been following the thread, and was aware of all circumstances, this individual contacted one of my corworkers and enquired about the availability of this part and the option of receiving a "military discount". Being unaware that this was the same individual who was removed from the group buy, the military discount was graciously extended, and it is by pure coincidence that the order was placed, processed, and shipped on the very same day that the parts arrived back into stock from our UK office, which was the same day that "gdubs" and I were coordinating the final transfer of payment for the group buy. Little did we know that our actions would be used against us (and the community) in such a malicious manner, and this unfortunate situation has sadly soured our willingness to offer any group buys or military discounts in the future, as we will not be able to ensure full disclosure from all involved. We hope to continue to work with the CobaltSS.net community, however, we will need to reevaluate the manner in which we proceed. Again, please accept our apologies and we thank you all for your time, patience, and business.

Actually.... if he's not ENLISTED or a RESERVIST or a OFFICER in any military branch... He is not in the military. Most MP's on base are rental cops.

What an inbecile, ruined it for the whole community. This guy needs to be blackballed from any future group buys. I was withholding comment on the situation as to not provoke argument, but this sucks for everyone.
