forge bpv question

i have a curious question, i have a hahn CAI, downpipe, tune and all that good stuff. but does the forge bpv make much of a sound difference at all? is it worth it? and are there any problems with it such as flutter? thanks!

only problems i have see were people with gms1 but there could have been other factors.

i think its worth it. not positive about the sound difference because i put my k&n sri on at the same time but it was a huge difference from stock. its also alot stronger than the stock bpv

I got a forged BPV and yes it got louder. As far as turbo flutter I've had that since before I got the BPV lol thanks to GMS1 tune. I like it over stock because it's not a little plastice piece, I say go for it.

really i thought it was doing the opposite? and helped with the GMS1 problem not holding boost?

BPV just has upgraded spring in it and made of real material. The turbo flutter is caused by the GMS1 not by the stock BPV or aftermarket one.

ya and just remove the stock one and pop in the new one. Takes a few minutes but it's simple a caveman can do it.

the Forge BPV does make a sound difference. Not much but you will notice it. It blows off a bit longer, and makes the dog barking noise pretty easy at lower boost levels than the rubber diaphragm. The rubber one makes dog barking noised at high boost if you know what im talking about lol.
