Fuel rail removal

Another question: is there a trick to removing the fuel rail? I've removed the bolts, freed the fuel pipe, and unplugged the electrical connector, but the thing will NOT come out. Any tips will be appreciated. Latest thing I did was thread the bolts back in a couple of turns to try to prevent too much movement on the injectors. The rail seems to have budged a millimeter or two outwards but that's it!

FYI I'm in the middle of an LDK swap.

LOL! I read right past that! I wish giggling pulled that out. I'd have that out in no time.

I jiggled, but mostly pulled, and the rail came off. No giggling. I was disappointed to see the injectors still firmly gripped to the engine, but with pliers in the right spot they came out too. Thanks!

Swapping to LDK. Got the porous block, she's not gonna make it.
