Gen 2 block with zfr

I am planning to order the ZFR turbo, F40 6 Speed Transmission Conversion, and 82# ecotec valve springs/retainers. I already have exhaust, downpipe, larger zzp intercooler, full charge piping and air intake. My question is what else do I need in this build to be in the safe area of 400 whp and work as a dd with out having to worry about parts/block breaking on me?

No 500+ wheel is, 400 isn't bad, it's the transmission that won't like the torque, AKA bye bye third.

ZZP is in Michigan, they do have a recomended installer in Ottawa, IL but personally I would go with someone more well known. I only say that because I havent heard of the guy. Although ZZP says he can tune, a quick look around the interwebz has him looking like a 3800 guy.
Just food for thought.

LNF is a good block as long as it wasn't plagued with porous block issues.
Toss some pistons and rods in it if you want to feel safe, but at 400-425 I'd roll with what you got. Once you decide to push it a bit more upto and beyond 450 I'd look at doing rods/pistons, that should be fine for what a zfr will do unless you wanna flow 30#+ on a daily

Had 118k miles on mine when it cracked a coolant jacket on the zfr, still runs good, compression is good, etc. Was on 26psi e47, alky inj. bunch of other **** too. So mileage may be an issue, bc there never was any issues before making around 450ish whp.
