GM CP question

Have my factory CP crack with the factory S1 upgrade so I took it in for warantee. I got the Balt back today and boost is back but I got a question about the replacement CP. It has a large golf ball size indentation almost like a defect on the side of the plastic tube down by the rubber hose the attaches to the intercooler? Is this a defect closing off flow? I dont remember it being there in the stock one? Can someone look at theirs and let me know if it is supposed to be there?

Thanks

smooth pipes always produce a better flow but I dont believe you will have any issues with it

No kidding? That is an ugly flow obstruction?
How much interferance do those after market CP's have with the hood? They are taller do they touch the hood when slammed closed?

Nope, Injen hotside anchors to the mani and fits well. Pics in profile. Need better couplers than they include though, and t-bolt clamps.

ZZP lower is great also.
