This post seems like win to me. ^ lol

OP, it would also address those things we were talking about in that other thread. Places sell those GMS1 sensor kits for pretty cheap compared to the full GMS1 kit, and you'll end up with something that's better tuned... for cheaper.

Def not the truth.......ive not seen one car with gmstag1 and tune with full bolt ons more then 300...... If there is id like to see whom, because the gmst1 tune was note made for mods so the mods would scek the readings. And therefore cause issues within the tune.

Oh snap... I forgot you already had the GMS1 kit/flash installed.

What he's referring to are the MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) sensors that come with the GMS1 kit. If you've got GMS1 installed, then you've already got them.

See I was hoping I would start this thread and it would just be flooded with people who had dynos of near or over 300whp with GMS tune so I wouldn't even have to worry about aftermarket lol, so far no luck. I think if I could dyno anywhere over 290 I would be happy. I'm sure that's what everyone says until they hit 290 though, and then it's 330, then 370 haha.

Ya the only mod I have got to experience is the gms1 and the cosmetics. The rest of that is waiting for this never ending deployment to end.

I dyno'd 299whp and 327trq on a basic HPtuner tune from BYT. basic bolt ons.

Ive tuned that same power on a non aggresive tune on a mustang dyno. but your power seems low unless u are not aggressive.

I'm curious to see the numbers on a GMS1 with bolt-ons. I have GMS1 with Hahn intake, Hahn DP, and Hahn Catback, and would like to see what the "typical numbers" this would make. I will have to try and hit a dyno (I have no baseline), but its over an hour to my nearest dyno...

That's because the GM tune limits what any mods can do. You will not find any GM tune at more than 280 WHP (give or take a couple). HPT or Trifecta will get you to 300+ with some mods.
