Canada GMS1 question

Do you guys think it is worth the price? and does it wear out anythign quicker or anything, im just wondering cause this is my everyday driver and dont wanna drop $1000 on something bad

It's a nice conservative tune, and works well if you want no warranty issues.

It should only cost $500 not $1000.

It's a great upgrade, BUT, if you look on this site there are numerous threads about problems with it. Mostly, these are due to a poor install. So just make sure someone installs it that knows what they're doing and knows how to solder wires properly.

If I were you, just to be safe I would purchase the adapter harnesses for it, which will not require any splicing of your current harness or any soldering (I believe). This is where pretty much all of the issues with GMS1 come from. So if you get it and use the adapter harnesses I think you'll be very happy with your purchase.
