GMS2, what would it look like if it was real?

I was doing some thinking and I wonder what a GMS2 Kit would look like for a LNF motor. Would it just up the boost to 23 psi or would it keep the boost the same and come with parts like a better intercooler and charge pipes.

I'd like to hear your opinions

It was supposed to be an intake. I think the K&N SRI fills the bill.

It would prolly be an intake, and re-flash to 23psi.

Thumbs up GMS2 maybe GMS3

IMO, GM stopped R&D for the Stage2/3 because of the bankruptcy filing, maybe in the near future after the GM IPO. Most likely, they will come out with the stage 2.. but IMO the K&N setup was the "Stage 2" for us.. and what could have been the Stage 3 kit was Stage 1&2 plus a reflash, real FMIC and real Charge Pipes.. just with those mods the motor can reach 320-350 without any problems..

there is hope, from what i've read [SAE online], once the Buick GS comes out (2011/12), GM will have a stage kit[s] for this buick model.. remember the GS is based on the LNF platform.. from the past GS history there was stage kits back in the day...

the funny thing is GM should have done what Sicon/Toyota has done, create a brand that appeals to the "tuner scene".. with a really sweet looking model line up and performance parts that go with them.. but there is hope.. some day..

Depends on elevation, climate, etc. I rarely make 14psi here in St. Louis.

go look at all the stuff they have for the solstice / sky lnf's, they will prob (IF they do ANYTHING for the cobalt) just do the same stuff, exhaust, intake, sway bars, even bilstein suspension because a lot of people scca those cars. but honestly, everything you could want is out already...
