Pull the intake off and check the turbo shaft for play

Does your car have gms1 or a tune to run the 3 bar sensors? Definitely sounds like a boost leak.

I've had some really bad boost leaks all at once and also a hurt turbo and it would still hit the target boost but dropped off super fast. All at once I had a blown hole in my intercooler on a weld, both map sensors leaked and a meth hose that came off on the coldpipe resulting in a 1/4in fitting that was just a leak

No it instantly climbs up to 7psi and just sits there. Everything sounds fine no grinding or high pitch noises or flutters

Mr Gasket makes a cat cleaner that may be worth a try it prob won't cure the issue but if it gains a bit of flow then you'll know powell is right

well clogged or melted cat is easy to figure out, op, take off the downpipe and go for a quick spin, if u get ur boost back u know ur problem. just don't do it when everyone is sleeping haha, im sure ull hear an awesome turbo spool

I did it with a talon, the exhaust wasn't really loud but the turbo was retarded loud, sounded like a semi truck in the cold when all u hear is turbo spool. actually loved it lol. guy at work also had a car with no exhaust at all, just down pipe, it was loud, but for the purposes of checking for I wouldn't care. just drive slowly till it warms up, wont be to loud, then all u need is one wot pull and then go home.
