Anyone have it? What do you think? Pros, cons? That was one of the ones I was considering besides the CIA. Should I keep it? Thankssssssss.

Should you keep it? Of course you should keep it, whether you use it or not. But if you dont have a a cold air intake I would say definatly use it. Why spend money on another. Is it in good shape?
Haven't gotten too close of a look at it, it's in my trunk right now and it was pretty dark outside when he gave it to me lol. It came with everything, and I do not have any form of intake right now.
Eehh I don't wanna risk that ****! lol Luckily I have someone fairly local who can help with the tuning issues! I heard there's issues with MAF sensor placement on this however? Is this true? I wasn't seriously looking to get an intake soon, so I haven't really done too much research on any besides, which ones suck and which ones don't lol.
well it definitely gets them looking. and with any intake its gonna change your STFT and your LTFT'S. really the only way to see if its gonna effect yours to the point of setting a code is to put it on. i recommend a non-oiled filter and if you do go for an oiled one make sure it is only lightly oiled.

i'm not saying don't use it but when cleaning it or putting it in brand new make sure there isn't excessive amount of oil on the filter as that will eventually make its way to your maf sensor and cause your fuel trims to go all out of wack due to not being able to read air flow correctly.

ya i'm aware but if she got it from someone the filter might be used and she may want to buy a new one. just making a suggestion. hell i'm using one of the JDM intakes on my car with a lightly oiled no name filter. haven't had any issues other then some misfires which was completely unrelated to the intake.
ya. its always good to check it over. and from working in a shop where we do alot of cobalts. its become a good recommendation from me to get 2 cleanable filters. one on the car and when it needs replacing you put the clean one on and then clean the other one and let it sit until it needs replacing again.
