I would go with CIA piping and have them weld on a BOV for you. Call both companies and ask them questions and see what they tell ya. I've talked to both companies and there cool people.
i have a full hahn kit and love it if its anything like the solstice i would think it will be a type of add on kit for the bov http://turbosystem.com/New_Folder/So...BOVUpgrade.htm
hahns kit it going to be pretty much the same as the solstice kit but built for the cobalt according to bill. honestly if you plan on running a bov thats vented to the atmosphere you need to do some work. best way to do it but the biggest pia is to move the maf closer to the throttle body so that the air blown off isnt read before it goes into the maf. everyone right now is having problems with the bovs vented to the atmosphere. the other way to do it is buy the hks or synapse and recirculate back it into the intake.
You have to have the flange welded on in the first place when you order you CPs in order to run BOV. Unless you are recirculating the BOV back into the intake dont bother getting one it will cause isses.
