Hard to start when cold

My car has a problem starting when its been sitting for 8hours or more. It has only started up recently. My car has 35 000 kms on it. Trifecta Tuned and K&N drop-in filter and thats it.

The car will crank over but it wont start the first time. I flick the key to on and it will just cycle for about 5 seconds and wont start. BUT, if I turn it back to off and try again, it will start up on the seccond try, sometimes it takes about 2 seconds to start the second time but it always starts the second time.

Anyone else have or had this problem?

Me and another guy from montreal had same problem this winter... never found the solution. It's not doing it in summertime. Brough it to the dealer and they couldn't find anything.
